Ohio police launch manhunt for 3 illegal aliens accused of kidnapping and raping teen sisters


Ohio’s Bowling Green Police Division said that it was investigating an alleged kidnapping and sexual assault incident that occurred in Bowling Green area in the state. The alleged victims are thirteen and fourteen year old girls. The girls are believed to be sisters.

One suspect identified as Simon Juan (age 25), is from Guatemala and was arrested for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and transported to the Wood County Justice Center. Three other suspects are also alleged to be involved in the incident.

Detectives have identified one suspect as David Ramos Contreras (age 28), who is from Mexico. The two other suspects identified themselves as Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. Adiel (age 20) possessed a fraudulent US Permanent Resident ID card out of Fellsmere, Florida.

Nationwide arrest warrants have been issued for Contreras, Adiel, and Ramos on two counts of kidnapping and rape.

Police are also seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the women who were seen with David Ramos Contreras on June 30 at abouty 2pm, at the WalMart located at the Spring Meadows Shopping Center in Holland, Ohio. The women police are seeking, provided Contreras with a ride in a light colored vehicle.

The Police announced a reward of $1,000 to anyone who provided information which lead to the capture, arrest and conviction of the suspects.
